In light of the financial implications that Corona virus has had and will continue to have on the business, to help secure its continued success and do everything we can to ensure our teams wages are affected as little as possible, we are no longer willing to accept the loss of income created by ‘no show’, or those guests who amend or change a booking without due notice.
